There is off-street parking for up to 2 vehicles and room for a boat in the driveway plus undercover secure parking for another 2 vehicles in the garage. Pets are welcome inside by arrangement, just let the Country Getaways staff know that you will be bringing a pet when making your booking. The rear yard is enclosed with a 6-foot fence making it a secure space for families, children & pets. Outside, guests can enjoy the shaded outdoor entertaining area with plenty of seating, barbecue facilities and a fish cleaning sink. Pebbles’ Beach House has laundry facilities for any length of stay with a washing machine, clothes dryer, iron & ironing board. The kitchen is well-equipped with an electric stove, microwave, medium sized side-by-side fridge/freezer, dishwasher and coffee pod machine. There is plenty on offer for entertainment including a large television with USB port, DVD player, DVD’s, Wii games console with some games, board games and WiFi access for guests use during their stay. Pebbles’ Beach House has 2 spacious lounge rooms for all guests to have their own space, and an open plan living area including kitchen & dining. The house enjoys year-round comfort with ducted evaporative air-conditioning throughout, plus split-system air-conditioning in the living area. There is an ensuite bathroom adjoining the master queen bedroom with shower & toilet and a main bathroom with bath & separate shower, and a separate toilet. Quilts and pillows are provided, but guests will need to bring their linen (sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats & tea-towels) with them for their stay, or linen can be hired through the Country Getaways office. The Shores Course was part of the Crosby golf tournament hosted by Bing Crosby, currently the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am, from 1965, 19. Strantz was diagnosed with tongue cancer at the start of this final project of his life, but it is obvious that he poured everything he had left into it. "I dreamed that the course would appear to dance among the cypress trees on this coastline forever." Strantz designed 12 new holes and remodeled the other six to add more than 500 yards to the par-72 layout.
